This course is designed for counselors and administrators new to school counseling or experienced counselors navigating a different school setting. Learners will explore the appropriate roles of a modern-day school counselor and the guidelines provided by the American School Counselor Association. They will identify strategies for improving their school counseling program through course reflections and a downloadable ASCA Planning Guide.
