This course teaches K-12 online school educators how to create and sustain a vibrant online learning environment for all students. Learners will explore strategies and resources for building teacher-student relationships, establishing and maintaining online class routines, and helping students to develop personal resilience. Educators will demonstrate effective online classroom management with various scenario-based exercises.
