I will schedule my day more efficiently. Creating a schedule including priorities from work, to my health, and including my family will help me to note get lost in working and carve out more time for other things. Also, I can work more effectively when I am working because I will know when my breaks are and when my work day is over. Daily life was that way when I was teaching in brick and mortar schools and it only makes sense to do this when working from home as well.

I took a lot of notes on paper from this course. There are several practices I will implement. One specific practice is the end of the day work routine to reflect upon the day, prepare for the next day, and create boundaries between work.
