Payments
Plans: Stride Professional Development (Stride) offers various tiers for access to our Services
Free Account:
- Access to all free courses.
Per Course Payment
- $29.99 for each course with unlimited access to that course
Subscription Pricing
- 7-day free trial.
- Access to all courses.
- Free resources & curated content.
- Attend Live Web Events.
- New courses, features, and more.
- Cost: $79.99/year.
Payment: Stride requires payment for individual courses and the Subscription Pricing Plan in full prior to access of the content within our learning management system. Any changes in pricing will be disclosed to you prior to the time of sign-up or subscription renewal.
Taxes: All listed costs are exclusive of all federal, state, municipal or other governmental sales and other taxes now in force or enacted in the future. You agree to pay all applicable taxes. If you are tax-exempt, you must provide Stride with your exemption certificates or other acceptable evidence of your tax-exempt status.
Subscriptions: Some portions of our Services are available only with a paid subscription. If you subscribe to the Subscription Pricing Plan, you will be billed in advance on a recurring basis annually at the current rate. At the end of each annual period, your subscription will automatically renew at the cost of the annual subscription price on the date of renewal. You will be charged pursuant to the method and terms of payment you indicated during checkout unless you notify Stride of a new method by 11:59 pm on the day before your renewal date.
Your subscription will continue indefinitely, unless you cancel your subscription. Once logged in, you can enter your Account Settings to view subscription details and, should you desire, cancel the subscription there. Or we may cancel your subscription by notifying Stride PD (SPD) at [email protected]. Cancellations will become effective at 11:59PM Eastern Standard time at the end of the subscription term of the date you notify SPD. To cancel before a new annual term, you must cancel at least the last workday of the week (holidays excluded) before a new term begins. You will not receive a refund for the fees you already paid for your current subscription period, and you will have access to our products and services until the end of your current subscription period. By submitting your order, you agree to these terms.
Content Access
Access: After you have paid the appropriate fees and accepted the required terms and conditions, you will receive access to the appropriate content packaging within our learning management system.
Suspension and Termination: Stride may suspend your content access without additional notice (1) if you are on a free trial and we have not received payment for Service rendered, or (2) for operational reasons. Cancellations due to operational reasons may include: Availability of our Services, Errors in the descriptions or prices for our Services, and Errors in your subscription order.
Your right to use the Service or any applicable professional services will cease upon any termination or expiration of these terms.
Materials
Materials, unless contained within the free portion, may be used only for the benefit of the individual paying. You may not reproduce or distribute any Materials or transfer or sell any Materials to any third party, except to the extent legally permissible.
Refund Policy/Suspension of Payment Plan
Refund Policy: All sales are FINAL, except when required by law, paid subscription fees are non-refundable. We may consider certain refund requests for subscriptions on a case-by-case basis and granted at our sole discretion.
Suspension of Payment Plan: No refunds are available for the Subscription Pricing Plan, customized course bundles, or per course purchases.
