SMS Operations – Re-Registration Planning for SY25-26

Re-Registration (Re Reg) is the process in which schools ask currently enrolled students to confirm their enrollment plans for the upcoming school year. As the Operations Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the Re-Registration process for your school. This includes, but is not limited to:
• Coordinating with national teams,
• Assisting your school leadership team with the school-level Re-Reg strategy development,
• Facilitating follow-up conversations and training with the appropriate staff members,
• Completing the Re-Registration area of your Systems Timeline,
• Providing ongoing project updates and direction to your school’s leadership team throughout the Re-Registration season.
