Engageli is our new synchronous “live” platform for student classes. Operations Managers are not expected to use the platform on a regular basis. However, Ops Manager will often need to determine if issues reported by teachers/students will be resolved by arranging additional training, providing basic troubleshooting assistance, referring a teacher to the teacher helpdesk, referring a student to customer care, and/or submitting a Service Now ticket for tier 2 escalations.
