This course is offered as a part of the Stride Instructional Rubric collection to offer practice in completing observations and evaluations within Domain Two: Data-Driven Practices. We will begin this course with a quick review of the indicators and “Look-Fors,” or evidence, that can be used to determine the level of achievement demonstrated within a Class Connect session. This course also offers practice observation opportunities. We highly recommend completing the full course collection for additional practice.
At the end of this unit, learners will be able to:
- Utilize the structure of the instructional rubric to evaluate educators within Domain Two: Data-Driven Practices.
- Take notes of “Look-Fors” or evidence during observations.
- Use proper “Look-Fors” or evidence to evaluate an educator’s level of achievement following an observation.
- Align educator evaluations to a consistent and effective standard.
