This course is offered as a part of the Stride Instructional Rubric collection to provide practice in completing observations and evaluations within Domain One: Building Relationships. We will begin with a quick review of the indicators and “Look-Fors,” or evidence, that can be used to determine the level of achievement demonstrated within a Class Connect session. This course will also offer practice opportunities. We highly recommend completing the full course collection for additional practice.
At the end of this unit, learners will be able to:
- Utilize the structure of the instructional rubric to evaluate educators within Domain One: Building Relationships.
- Take notes of “Look-Fors” or evidence during observations.
- Use proper “Look-Fors” or evidence to evaluate an educator’s level of achievement following an observation.
- Align educator evaluations to a consistent and effective standard.
