Description: This course is offered as a part of the Stride Instructional Rubric collection to provide practice in completing observations and evaluations within Domain Four: Professionalism. We will begin this course with a quick review of the indicators and “Look-Fors,” or evidence, that can be used to determine the level of achievement demonstrated within a Class Connect session. This course also offers practice observation opportunities.
At the end of this unit, learners will be able to:
- Utilize the structure of the instructional rubric to evaluate educators within Domain Four: Professionalism.
- Take notes of “Look-Fors” or evidence during observations.
- Use proper “Look-Fors” or evidence to evaluate an educator’s level of achievement following an observation.
- Align educator evaluations to a consistent and effective standard.
