Course Description

"You are speaking my language" is the tone your stakeholders should receive when reading your communication. This does not necessarily mean they will agree with the message, but they should fully understand what the message conveys.

School leaders and staff must successfully navigate the challenge of using clear and concise language to reach all stakeholders. This course will help you answer two critical questions: (1) What acronyms are appropriate for the audience? (2) How can messages be inclusive of all ethnicities and cultures?
